This newly opened restaurant has a truly cheerful ambiance created by the staff dressed in traditional happi coats. Kakuni ramen, just as the name suggests, comes with a huge slice of pork belly simmered in a special sauce for over 5 hours. The deeply comforting delicious broth, made of pork bones and vegetables cooked for sixteen hours, goes perfectly with thick noodles. Ever since Yugen opened last year, Kakuni Ramen has quickly become a great hit among locals.
