Ebisu餐廳於今個秋季為大家推介兩款不同的生蠔料理。第一種是炸生蠔,Panko Oyster;生蠔沾了炸粉之後新鮮炸成,再加上海苔粉和蟹籽,別有一番風味。另一種是焗生蠔,又名Dynamite Oyster;帶殼的生蠔在焗爐中焗成,之後加上醬汁、菠菜和海膽,非常美味濃厚。
