Sara Udon : Crispy noodles with cabbage, black mushroom, green onion, yellow onion, carrot, bean sprout, fish cake and your choice of pork, chicken or seafood smothered in hearty gravy sauce.

Yaki Udon : Stir-fried Udon noodles with cabbage, black mushroom, green onion, yellow onion, carrot, bean sprout, pork, bonito flake, and red ginger on top. The soy sauce matches with the noodles and vegetables.
